ANNE KONSTANTINO, PT, E-RYT

is a licensed and practicing physical therapist and a certified Baptiste Yoga instructor, having studied extensively with the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. In addition to having studied over 400 hours with Baron Baptiste, Anne continues to study gentle and therapeutic yoga through physical therapy courses, recently completing a restorative yoga teacher training with Judith Lasater, Phd., PT, and is certified in Relax and Renew® Restorative yoga. Since 1993, Anne has worked in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, providing care to patients who are recovering from injury and surgery, as well as patients with chronic pain. Anne has been teaching yoga since 2010 and has been practicing since 1999.

GRACE OSORA ERHART, RN, RYT (500), LMT

brings her deep love for yoga and decades of experience to the mat. For Grace, yoga is mediation in motion, and the physical aspects, though important, are simply a vehicle for personal growth and present-moment awareness. Putting special emphasis on pranayam (breathing exercises), she guides her classes through an energy-learning physical practice so that her students can feel more balanced, stable, and alive. Grace's yoga training began at Kripalu thirty years ago and since then she has integrated her many talents in to her teaching including her roles as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Phoenix Rising Massage Therapist, and Level 3 Dream Teacher in the Robert Moss School of Active Dreaming.
